Creatures Great and Small utilizes training techniques rooted in the principles of Progressive Reinforcement Training (PRT). Progressive Reinforcement Training is defined as, "teaching animals by rewarding desired behaviors and excluding the intentional use of physical or psychological intimidation"- Emily Larlham.

Dog Training Visit: After a quick potty break, we will exercise your dog's body AND mind! This is a great way to teach and reinforce wanted behaviors when you just can't find the time.**

| *Dog training is provided in your home with at least 1 family member present and participating. (Having the whole family involved is highly recommended.) Typically, paperwork will need to be completed prior to and during initial consultation.
**An initial 1:1 consultation is required prior to start of service. Weekly or bi-weekly training sessions with family members are recommended to ensure training is properly reinforced.
