We have had Wendy as our dog walker/sitter since 2007. Our dog is a rescue and was fearful and reactive. She was not a puppy when she came to us and she/we needed a lot of work! Wendy has always been very loving and patient with Mocha and Mocha loved her immediately! They say dogs know. You can see the bond they have when they meet. We are so happy to have such a special person in Mocha’s life.Wendy is reliable and responsible. She has stayed overnights at our house and we trust her completely. She is very enthusiastic about what she does and since we have known her she has grown into an excellent dog trainer as well. It seems to come very naturally to her.

Wendy began pet sitting for us several years ago, when our previous dog, Molly became paralyzed in her hind legs. Wendy had no problem walking Molly with the assistance of her sling. After Molly passed away, we decided to get two puppies. In addition to pet sitting, Wendy has also helped us with their training. Our dogs love her! She treats them as if they were her own. Wendy has stayed overnight at our house while we have been on vacation. We trust her completely and it gives us such peace of mind knowing our dogs are in good hands. There is no one like Wendy! First she cared for our aging golden and crazy puppy basset hound. She was thrilled when we got a second puppy and had great fun playing with them, while ensuring that our very senior Golden got the best of care. She watched for health issues and went well beyond the call of duty with a vet run while we were out. The dogs absolutely loved her! She balances absolute professionalism with love and fun! When we moved out of Connecticut, leaving Wendy was one of the hardest things to do.
